Wrap up the item appropriately, enclose a copy of the invoice, state the reason why you are returning the item and post it to:

Unfortunately extended warranties are not available to customers from abroad. 

We provide a 2-year warranty on all new products. Consumable parts or items come with a 1-year warranty.  We reserve the right to repair or replace any item. The warranty period commences on the date you receive the item. 

If you return a product with built-in memory, such as internal flash drive, mobile GSM modules, the following terms apply: 

  • Keeping the information safe and secure is entirely your responsibility.
  • Make sure you delete any personal or otherwise sensitive information, particularly when it comes to personal information of third parties.
  • If you can’t delete data as a result of the product being faulty, please let us know that personal information is being stored on the device by stating this on the return slip.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we email you a payment advice. The amount will be credited to your PayPal account within seven days. If you paid for your order via bank transfer, please send us an email providing your bank details, and your account will be credited accordingly.   

Due to the CORONAVIRUS Pandemic we have extended the period in which you have the right to return items your are not satisfied with.

You may return items within 60 days after receipt subject to the products being unused, in perfect original condition and being returned with all components.

However, sealed items like Smartphone and PC software cannot be returned. Moreover, the right to cancel does not apply to digital products not contained on a physical storage medium (CD, DVD, etc). For our complete item return policy, please refer to our General Terms & Conditions.

The right to cancel does not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to process all returns within three working days after receipt.

If you are entitled to a refund, we email you a payment advice. The amount will be credited to your PayPal account within seven days. If you paid for your order via bank transfer, please send us an email providing your bank details, and your account will be credited accordingly.

In the case of the returned item being faulty and you making a warranty claim, we will attempt to repair the product. If the item is beyond repair we’ll send you a replacement product. If the product is beyond repair and has been discontinued, we will refund the purchase price.
