Our webshop at www.conrad.com lists our entire product range, including great deals, some real bargains, competitive prices and lots more.

Want to place orders per email? No problem at all. Just make sure you quote your customer number and the Akantiu Technologies product codes of the items you are looking for. Please send your order to sales@akantiu-technologies.com

We check product availability and provide you with the shipping details. And you can make credit card payments if you wish (not available in all countries). If the instant payment option isn’t available, or if you do not want to pay right away, we’ll email you a proforma invoice, to be paid via BACS/bank transfer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give us a call though, if you want to change your order.

However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. Means the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.

I can’t finish my order, what should I do?

We are very sorry that you are experiencing issues when trying to place an order.

We thrive to provide a great user experience in our webshop but should you come accross any obstacle when trying to order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We will be able to place the order for you and if you are ordering to a country where we offer credit card payments, we can also process your card manually over the phone.
